The UCC Atheist Society is delighted to announce that we received two awards at the UCC Societies Awards 2010.

We would to thank all those who have helped make this possible - from the hard work of our Auditor Adam Dinan and our dedicated committee members to all those who particpate in our events, debates and forum.

We hope to continue and build on this success next year with more exciting events and activities.

Education campaign success

Our education system campaign week in conjunction with Labour and LGBT Societies was a massive success. Thanks to both societies for participating in the campaign with us, we hope to collaborate on more activities in the future.

The centrepiece workshop on inclusive education with Paul Rowe and PZ Myers (pictured above) was particularly popular and informative.
